Copying From a camera Copying All Contents This mode allows you to record videos onto a disc from a camera connected to the DVDirect or memory card inserted into the slot with a single touch of the (record) button. This is one of the simpler copy modes, eliminating the need to select videos. Initially, turn on the DVDirect (page 29), insert a disc (page 30) and connect cables for recording (pages 31). b Note • See "Notes on copying on discs" on page 25 previously. 1 Confirm the message in the display window. When the DVDirect detects signals from a camera connected to the USB port or memory card inserted into the slot, [USB] or the type of memory card appears in the top left of the display window. The following appears in the display window when a camcorder is connected to the USB port. Type of disc created : HD (High Definition) video Type of input : SD (Standard Definition) video Copy mode 2 Make sure that [Full] appears at the top right of the display window, and press the (record) button to start recording.
