OPERATIONS PICTURE PROJECTION Explains the basic procedure for projecting a picture. CAUTION Do not look into the projection lens while operating the projector. Projecting a Picture • Install and connect the projector properly. • Take off the lens cover. ONiSTANDPBrYess ON/STANDBY. Both ON and LAMP indications light up in green, and the projector is ready to project a picture. ON LAMP On Flashing (Green) (Green) ON LAMP O O On On (Green) (Green) Turn on the connected equipment and put it in playback mode. Turn on the computer or video tape player connected with the projector and put it in playback mode. RGB1 (Using the remote control) Press the DIRECT INPUT (H8e-2-j button (RGB1, RGB2, VIDE01 • VIDEO1, VIDEO2, CAM- ./IDE02 CAM)ERA ERA) of the remote control to select the input source. The picture changes directly to the se- lected input. • The CAMERA button works only with document imaging camera model. INPUT (Using the control panel of the unit) 1 Press the INPUT button of the unit. Input menu appears on the screen. RGB2 "Camera" is displayed Videol only on the document Video2 imaging camera model. Put the equipment in playback mode. • Due to the lamp characteristic, flickers may occasionally occur in a picture. This is not malfunction of the unit. • You can select and input by using A/V button on the menu screen. In that case, if you select by using the ENTER button, the picture changes to the selected input source. • Tie the lens cover to the body with a string so as not to lose it.
