Traveling Out-of-Range During a call, as you begin to move your handset too far from your base unit, noise increases. If you pass the range limits of the base unit, you will hear a beep and "Out of Range" appears, then the handset returns to the standby mode. You may return back to the call if you move your handset within the range limits of the base, and press talk/flash or speaker within 30 seconds. Clarity Booster If you encounter interference while using your phone, you can manually improve the sound quality for clear operation. This works only when the phone is in use. 1) Press the MENU soft key. 2) Select "Booster On", then press the OK soft key. Booster On "Clarity Booster" appears in the display.
