VIZIO P50HDTV User Manual Preparing Your Plasma TV for Wall Mounting The VIZIO P50HDTV can either be kept on the stand base or mounted on the wall for viewing. If you choose to mount the P50HDTV on the wall, please follow the instructions below for removing the stand base. To remove the stand base 1. Unplug all of the cables and cords from your P50HDTV. 2. Place the P50HDTV face down on a soft and flat surface (blanket, foam, cloth, etc) to prevent any damage to the TV. 3. Remove the six (6) screws on each side of the back panel of the P50HDTV located near the bottom so that the stand base can be removed (see Figure A). 4. Gently pull the stand away from the P50HDTV by grasping firmly on the base. Figure A 5. Now, the P50HDTV can fir securely to a mount (sold separately) by utilizing the mounting holes in the center of the back panel of the TV (see Figure B). Preparing Your Plasma TV for Wall Mounting
The VIZIO P50HDTV can either be kept on the stand base or mounted on the wall for viewing.
If you
choose to mount the P50HDTV on the wall, please follow the instructions below for removing the stand
base.
To remove the stand base
1. Unplug all of the cables and cords from your
P50HDTV.
2. Place the P50HDTV face down on a soft and flat

damage to the TV.
