that

the

dimples

are

down.

When

fully

Inserted,

turn

the

Pin

so

that

the

handle

portion

is

turned

down.

This

will

lock

the

Pin

into

the

Weight

Plates.

Be

sure

to

fully

insert

the

Pin

so

it

passes

through

both

sides

of

the

WEIGHT

SELECTOR

TUBE

(6).

MAKE

SURE

THE

SELECTOR

PIN

IS

IN

THE

LOCKED

POSITION.

BEFORE

WEIGHT

SELECTOR

PIN

the

Weight

Stack

at

the

bottom

until
