Security Settings Category ADVANCED SETTINGS Firewall Screen Purpose: Set up a firewall for this router to block specific incoming or outgoing traffic by IP address and/or ports. Action From the drop-down list, select whether to allow or deny incoming and outgoing traffic. Allow incoming WAN ping Select the checkbox to respond to ping requests from the request WAN. Destination Local network (LAN) or Internet (WAN). Destination IP Range Range of IP addresses where the traffic is destined. IPv4 SPI Firewall Toggle this button to On to enable the firewall. Name Name to identify the firewall rule. Port Range Network traffic port range that will be applied in the firewall rule. Protocol Protocol that will be applied in the firewall rule.
