USING YOUR OVEN Oven light (optional on some models) 0 00 00 OVEN LIGHT SWITCH The switch located at the right of the control panel turns the oven light on and off. Changing the oven light bulb 1. Gloves must be worn to protect your hands when changing the bulb. 2. Disconnect the power to the range at the main circuit breaker. 3. Make sure the oven is cool before replacing the light bulb. 4. Unscrew the light bulb counterclockwise. 5. Replace the bulb with a 40-watt appliance bulb. 6. Reconnect the power to the range. The anti-tip bracket The range will not tip during normal use. However, the range can tip if you apply too much force or weight to the open door without the anti-tip bracket fastened down properly. Anti-Tip Bracket A WARNING Tip Over Hazard A child or adult can tip the range and be killed. Connect anti-tip bracket to rear range foot. Reconnect the antitip bracket, if the range is moved. See the installation instructions for details. Failure to follow these instructions can result in death or serious bums to children and adults. Making sure the anti-tip bracket is installed: • Slide range forward. • Look for the anti-tip bracket securely attached to floor. • Slide range back so rear range foot is under anti-tip bracket.
