Toner on Back of Print There is toner on the back of the printed sheet of paper. S7300-025 . Troubleshooting Procedure Step 1 2 Question or Action Clean the interior of the printer. Check the exit rollers and paper guides for toner debris. Does this correct the problem? Verify the printer is operating within it's environmental specifications, see "Environmental Specifications" on page 1-15. Yes Complete Go to step [3]. 3 Inspect the Transfer Unit cleaning blade. See "Transfer Unit" on page 8-230 for information on blade flipping. Replace the Transfer Unit. Has the blade flipped or is failing to clean the Transfer Unit? 4 Inspect and clean the Fuser. Complete Did this correct the problem? 5 Select the "Special" type setting from the front Complete panel and experiment with alternate paper type settings, such as the next heaviest or lightest paper type. See "Fuser Temperature Settings" on page 8-237. Does this correct the problem? No Go to step [2]. Advise customer on the environmental settings for this printer. Go to step [4]. Go to step [5].
