Selecting and Playing Styles The EZ-150 provides dynamic rhythm/accompaniment patterns - as well as voice settings appropriate for each pattern - for various popular music styles. A total of 100 different styles are available, in several different categories. Each style is made up of separate "sections" - Intro, Main A and B (with 2 Fill-ins), and Ending - letting you call up different accompaniment patterns as you perform. The auto accompaniment features that are built into the rhythms add the excitement of instrumental backing to your performance, letting you control the accompaniment by the chords you play. Auto accompaniment effectively splits the keyboard into two areas: The upper is used for playing a melody line, and the lower (labeled "ACMP" above the keyboard, at F#2) is for the auto accompaniment function. The EZ-150 also features the convenient Dictionary function. Dictionary provides you with a built-in "chord encyclopedia" that teaches you how to play any chord you specify by showing you which keys to play. Selecting and Playing a Style 1 Press the [STYLE] button. Style number 01 2 Select the desired style number. Use the numeric keypad. Available styles are listed at the center of the panel.
