212 UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE The Rain Sensing system has protection features for the TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING COLUMN wiper blades and arms, and will not operate under the This feature allows you to tilt the steering column upward or downward.
