A water and gasoline mixture will be forcibly ejected from the spark plug holes and could get into your eyes. If you do get some in your eyes, wash your eyes immediately with liberal amounts of clean, fresh water. Consult a physician as soon as possible. 9. Turn the ignition switch on, push the lanyard key under the stop button, and push the start button. If there is any water in the engine, it will be pumped out of the spark plug holes. Do not operate the starter for longer than 5 seconds. Wait 15 seconds before using it again. Be sure that all the water is out of the engine. A. Drain Caps B. Air Filter 10. If you see water in the caps, then remove both caps and discharge the water. Be sure to have a rag or cloth underneath for possible oily water.

A. Center Storage Case

Pull and remove all the spark plug caps.

Remove all spark plugs.
7.
Turn the ignition switch on, push the lanyard key
under the stop button, and push the start button.

If there is any water in the engine, it will be
pumped out of the spark plug holes.
Do not
operate the starter for longer than 5 seconds.
Wait 15 seconds before using it again. Be sure
that all the water is out of the engine.
