NOTICE
To avoid damaging the electrical
connections inside the switch,
be sure that the switch body
does not turn during adjustment.
Reinstall
the
right
front
footpeg
bracket.
Tightening Torque
Front Footpeg Bracket Bolts:
25 N·m (2.5 kgf·m, 18 ft·lb)
NOTE
If a torque wrench is not available,
this item should be serviced by an
authorized Kawasaki dealer.
Suspension System
Front Fork
Spring Preload Adjustment
The adjuster is located at the top of
left front fork leg.
Standard
6 1/4 turns in
In from the fully seated position (turned
fully counterclockwise).
Turn the adjuster clockwise to in-
crease spring preload and stiffen the
suspension.
Turn the adjuster counterclockwise
to
decrease
spring
preload
and
soften the suspension.
