Controls in detail Useful features Removing ashtray insert Warning! Reinstalling the ashtray insert Rear seat ashtray G Push the ashtray insert 3 down into the retainer until it engages. Push down cover plate 1 to close ashtray. The cover plate engages. Remove front ashtray only with vehicle standing still. Set the parking brake to secure vehicle from movement. Move gear selector lever to position N. With gear selector lever in position N, turn off the engine. Secure vehicle from movement by setting the parking brake. Move the gear selector lever to position N. Now you have more room to take out the insert. Push sliding button 2 to the right. The ashtray is disengaged and slides a short way in direction of arrow 3. Remove the ashtray insert. 1 Button 2 Ashtray insert 3 Cover 285
