MAINTENANCE Suspension Settings (RZR S/RZR XC/RZR 4) Front/Rear Spring Preload 1. Elevate the vehicle to allow the suspension to fully extend. 2. Loosen the jam nut and back it away from the adjusting ring. 3. Turn the adjusting ring to the left (1) to increase preload for a stiffer ride. Turn the adjusting ring to the right (2) to decrease preload for a softer ride. WARNING! Uneven adjustment may cause poor handling of the vehicle, which could result in an accident. Always adjust both the left and right spring preloads equally or have your POLARIS dealer perform the adjustments. 1 2 Adjusting Ring 4. Tighten the jam nut firmly against the adjuster ring. 111

Front/Rear Spring Preload
1.
Elevate the vehicle to allow the
suspension to fully extend.
2.
Loosen the jam nut and back it away
from the adjusting ring.
3.
Turn the adjusting ring to the left (1)
to increase preload for a stiffer ride.
Turn the adjusting ring to the right (2)
to decrease preload for a softer ride.
WARNING!
Uneven adjustment may cause
poor handling of the vehicle, which could result
in an accident. Always adjust both the left and
right spring preloads equally or have your
