Rescanning the Controller For more details about how the Rescan feature works, see the information in the 3DM Reference section, under "Maintenance page" on page 204. To rescan the controller through 3DM 1 In 3DM, choose Management > Maintenance. 2 On the Maintenance page, click Rescan Controller. 3DM scans the controller for information about units and drives, and updates the information shown on the Maintenance page. To rescan the controller through 3BM 1 From the main 3BM screen, press Alt-r. You are warned that any configuration changes you have made in 3BM will be lost. 2 Type Y for Yes.
