• The Food Sensor cannot be used for liquid dishes. • During cooking the Food Sensor must remain in the dish and the plug in the socket. • Use recommended food core temperature settings. WARNING! Refer to "Hints and tips" chapter. The appliance calculates an approximate end of cooking time. It depends on the quantity of food, the set oven function and temperature. Food categories: meat, poultry and fish 1. Activate the appliance. 2. Insert the tip of the Food Sensor into the centre of meat or fish, in the thickest part if possible. Make sure that at least 3/4 of the Food Sensor is inside of the dish. 3. Put the plug of the Food Sensor into the socket at the front of the appliance. ENGLISH 21 The display shows the Food Sensor symbol. 4. Set the core temperature. 5. Set a heating function and, if necessary, the oven temperature. When the dish reaches the set temperature, an acoustic signal sounds. The appliance deactivates automatically. 6. Press the rotary knob to stop the signal. 7. Remove the Food Sensor plug from the socket and remove the dish from the appliance. WARNING! There is a risk of burns as the Food Sensor becomes hot. Be careful when you unplug it and remove it from the food. Food category: casserole 1. Activate the appliance. 2. Place half of the ingredients in a baking dish. 3. Insert the tip of the Food Sensor exactly in the centre of the casserole. The Food Sensor should be stabilized in one place during baking. Use a solid ingredient to achieve that. Use the rim of the baking dish to support the silicone handle of the Food Sensor. The tip of the Food Sensor should not touch the bottom of a baking dish.
