Configuring Arrays and Spares To abort the initialization process (not recommended), click on the main toolbar to open the Activity View Window, select the icon, and click the Abort icon . Note: Depending on the capacity of the array, it may take a long time to initialize an array, especially a very large RAID 5 array with many disks. 5-13
