2.6 Advanced menu The Advanced menu items allow you to change the settings for the CPU and other system devices. Be cautious when changing the settings of the Advanced menu items. Incorrect field values can cause the system to malfunction. AMD fTPM switch [Disabled] Enables or disables AMD CPU firmware TPM. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled] When AMD firmware TPM is disabled, all data saved on it will be lost. 2.6.1 CPU Configuration The items in this menu show the CPU-related information that the BIOS automatically detects. The items shown in submenu may be different due to the CPU you installed. PSS Support [Enabled] Enables or disables the generation of ACPI_PPC, _PSS, and _PCT objects. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled] NX Mode [Enabled] Enables or disables the No-execute page protection function.
