3.3.4 Site Monitor The S i t e M o n i t o r utility measures the signal-to-noise (SNR) values of all available wireless networks. Use this utility to determine the best location to place the WiFi-TV. To launch the Site Monitor: 1. Click the S t a r t, then select P r o g r a m s > A S U S U t i l i t y > W L A N C a r d > S i t e M o n i t o r, or Right-click the C o n t r o l C e n t e r icon on the taskbar, then select S i t e M o n i t o r from the menu. 2. Click O K when the S i t e S u r v e y M e s s a g e appears. The Site Monitor main window displays the available wireless connections and the signal-to-noise (SNR) value of a selected connection. • Some AP disable their SSID broadcasting to hide themselves from the Site Monitor.
