If this happens: No audio when using PowerConnect or FMDA No song title or artist name is displayed Traffic and Weather channels sound different from other channels XpressRCi shuts off unexpectedly The demo is playing Try this: • Check that your XpressRCi and your vehicle's FM radio are tuned to the same FM channel. • The information may not be available or updates may be in progress. • These channels use a different audio technology than other channels so they often sound different from other channels. • If Sleep Timer is set, the XpressRCi will turn off after the selected length of time in a home dock/sound system. Set Sleep Timer to Off. • If Delayed Power is set, the XpressRCi will turn off after the selected length of time in a dock. Set Delayed Power to Off. • Your Magnetic Mount Antenna is not connected or you are not receiving the signal. Check that the antenna is connected properly and is not obstructed. • You can disable Demo Mode. Refer to "Demo Mode" on page 107. 113
