Charging other devices via the USB type-A ports from the monitor The USB type-A ports on your monitor not only work as downstream ports but also help charge the connected USB devices. The maximum voltage of each USB type-A port varies. To charge a device properly, check its charging specification first and make sure an appropriate USB type-A port is connected. Icon Power delivery Descriptions 0.9A Outputs power up to 0.9A to charge the connected devices, e.g., an Android phone. 1.5A Outputs power up to 1.5A to charge the connected devices, e.g., an iPhone. A USB type-A port on the monitor can work as a charger alone without the connection of USB type-B. Initial setup for playing games at 144 Hz You can optimize the monitor to enhance your gaming experience. You might want to start with the following steps. Depending on the operating system on your PC, different procedures should be followed to adjust the screen refresh rate. Refer to the Help document of your operating system for details. 1. Set the screen refresh rate to 144 Hertz (144 Hz). Right-click the desktop and select Screen resolution. Click Advanced settings. Under the Monitor tab, change the screen refresh rate to 144 Hertz.
