6.2 Access the Phonebook 1. From the home screen, press - to open the phonebook list. Alternatively, from the home screen, you can press M twice to select PHONEBOOK, then +/- to LIST and M again to open the phonebook list. 2. Press +/- to scroll through the list of entries • The phonebook entries are listed in alphabetical order. M 3. Press to view the details of the selected entry. O 4. Press to return to standby mode. Note: Instead of pressing +/- to browse the phonebook entries, you can press the numeric key corresponding to the first letter of the entry you wish to locate. 2 For example, pressing will show the first entry starting with A. 2 Pressing again will show the first entry starting with B, and so on..., and then press +/-, if necessary, to find the entry you want. 6.3 Modify a Phonebook Entry M 1. From the home screen, press . M 2. Press again to select PHONEBOOK. M 3. Press +/- to EDIT ENTRY and then press to select. 4. Press +/- to select an entry you wish to modify and then press M. • The current name is displayed. m 5. Edit the name using the keypad. Press to delete characters. M 6. Press to confirm. M 7.
