If your BlackBerry® device is integrated with an account that uses BlackBerry Enterprise Server™ version 3.6 or later for Microsoft® Exchange, BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 2.2 or later for IBM® Lotus® Domino®, or BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.0 or later for Novell® GroupWise®, verify that wireless email reconciliation is turned on in the messages options. If your device is integrated with an account that uses the BlackBerry Internet Service™, and your service provider supports wireless email reconciliation, verify that you have turned on wireless email reconciliation in the messages options.
