Possible cause Humidity is too high or doors have been opened frequently. The door seals are not tight. The drawer has not been inserted correctly. The drawer rails are dirty. The ice maker is switched off. The appliance is not being supplied with water. The water connection line has kinks in it. Water pressure is too low. The ice storage box is not inserted correctly. The water connection is installed incorrectly. Corrective action Do not open doors as frequently or do not keep them open too long. Check the door seals and foldaway door bar; if necessary, clean or correct position. Insert the drawer correctly. Clean the drawer rails. Switch on the ice maker. Have a qualified technician check the water connection. Shut off the water supply. Straighten out the kinks. Have damaged water connection lines replaced with original manufacturer parts.
