IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Laser Notices (For countries except U.S.A.) IEC 60825-1 Specification This sewing machine is a Class 1 laser product as defined in IEC 60825-1:2007 specifications. The laser beam emitted by the laser unit installed in this machine is restricted to an output at a safe level. However, the machine contains 7-milliwat, 650-660nanometer wavelength, 6-12 degree at parallel divergence angle, 24-34 degree at perpendicular divergence angle, InGaAlP laser diodes. Therefore, eye damage may result from disassembling or altering this machine. Safety precautions have been designed to prevent any possible laser beam exposure to the operator. CAUTION • This sewing machine has a Class 3B Laser Diode in the Laser Unit. The Laser Unit should not be opened under any circumstances. • Use of controls, adjustments or the performance of procedures other than those specified in this manual may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
