The Toner icon flashes on and off when
toner is low, so you'll know to order
another toner cartridge.
You will be able
to print until the indicator stays on.

Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
Displays messages to help you set up and

Function
Lets you access the function and

These 16 keys give you instant access to
previously stored phone numbers.

This key is used to access the “17”
through “32” One Touch numbers.

the printer mode when shift is pressed
together with Test/Reset, it resets and
restores the machine to the factory
default settings.

Lets you dial telephone and fax
numbers without lifting the handset.

Re-dials the last number called.
