Paper Jam [Rear], If the Touchscreen displays, follow these, steps

p Make sure you look carefully inside for jammed paper. If paper is jammed, slowly pull it out of the machine. q Close the inside cover and Jam Clear Cover. Make sure the covers are closed completely. Troubleshooting If the Touchscreen displays Paper Jam [Rear], follow these steps: B a Unplug the machine from the AC power outlet. b Open the MP Tray. If the paper is loaded in the MP Tray, remove it. c Slowly pull the jammed paper out of the MP Tray. If you cannot remove the jammed paper, lift the cover (1) forward and push the release lever (2) toward the back of the machine. Then remove the paper. 1 2 r Pull out the paper support (1) until it locks into place, and then unfold the paper support flap (2). d Close the MP Tray. e Open the Jam Clear Cover (1) at the back of the machine. Make sure you look carefully inside for

Pull out the paper support (1) until it
locks into place, and then unfold the
paper support flap (2).

Reconnect the power cord.
