Printing Printing a Spreadsheet document is much like printing any other document. For general information about printing, see Printing Documents" in Getting Started. Printing spreadsheets You can set various printing options using the Page Setup choice on the File menu. For more information, see the next section, Setting Page Setup Options." After setting printing options, you are ready to print your spreadsheet. You can specify manual calculation. If you have specified manual calculation, be sure to recalculate your spreadsheet before printing it. "To print from within Spreadsheet: 1. Choose Print from the File menu. OR Click on the Print button on the Basic Functions tool bar. A dialog box appears so that you can specify printer options. For more information about this dialog box, see Printing Documents" in Chapter 1. 2. Select your printing options and click on Print. Your spreadsheetprints. If you have created a chart and selected Print Graphics, the chart is printed as part of the spreadsheet, just as you see it on the screen. "To calculate the spreadsheet before printing: Choose Calculate Now from the Options menu. OR Click the Calculate button on the Basic Functions tool bar.
