3 Customizing the Picture Style Monochrome Adjustment For Monochrome, you can also set [Filter effect] and [Toning effect] in addition to [Sharpness] and [Contrast]. 1 Select [Monochrome]. Follow step 2 on page 58 to select [Monochrome]. 2 Select the parameter. Hold down the button and turn the dial to select a parameter like [Sharpness], then let go of the button. To set the [Filter effect] or [Toning effect], see page 60. 3 Set the desired setting. Hold down the button and turn the dial to set the desired setting, then let go of the button. Press the button to save the setting. The Picture Style selection screen will reappear. With the Detail set screen displayed, you can reset all the Picture Styles to their default settings by pressing the button. Any settings different from the default will be displayed in blue. To shoot with the Picture Style you modified, follow step 2 on page 56 to select the Picture Style and then shoot. 59

For Monochrome, you can also set [

Select [Monochrome].
Follow step 2 on page 58 to select

Monochrome
].

Monochrome Adjustment
With the Detail set screen displayed, you can reset all the Picture Styles
to their default settings by pressing the <
L
> button.
Any settings different from the default will be displayed in blue.
To shoot with the Picture Style you modified, follow step 2 on page 56 to
select the Picture Style and then shoot.
