Log Message List ●A201 Registered panorama image failure Message Explanation Countermeasure Remark corrupt panorama image - ignored The panorama image file is invalid. Recapture a panorama image and register it again. This may occur when registering a file while it is opened. ●A250 Control failed during camera initialization Message Explanation Countermeasure camera control timeout - A failure occurred during the initialization due to a command timeout (upright/inverted installation, universal head initialization, dome). If this is not resolved after a reboot, it is a camera failure. ●A260 Pan/tilt position slipped Message Explanation slipped - c= A pan/tilt position was misaligned. ●A330 Video input system failure Message Explanation Countermeasure video input timeout - resetting After video input was stopped, the video input system was reset. If the problem persists, it is a camera failure. ●A350 Camera control system Message Explanation Countermeasure camera status timeout - resetting (A350) The camera control system was reset because a communication timeout with the camera occurred. If the problem persists, it is a camera failure. ●A450 Camera initialization failed Message Explanation Countermeasure camera initialization failure - (A450) The camera control function was stopped because the camera control system could not be initialized. If this is not resolved after a reboot, it is a camera failure. ●A460 Pan/tilt sub system stop Message Explanation Countermeasure Remark stopped - c= (A460) The pan/tile control function was disabled because a failure occurred while controlling the pan/tilt.
