Log Viewer View Logs The following information is included in a log. ● Code The log codes are displayed. See "Log Message List" (→ P.5-6) for the log codes. One of following three icons is displayed with each log code, depending on the log level. Logs without a log code are displayed without an icon. Information level Error level VBAdmin Tools Warning level ● Date & Time The date and time when the log was generated is displayed. ● Message The log messages are displayed. ■ Save Logs to File/Open Saved File You can save a displayed log to a file as well as view saved log files. How To Save Select "Save" from the File menu bar How To View Select "Open" from the File menu bar and select the log file you want to view ■ Copy and Search Logs You can copy or search a displayed log. How To Copy Select the log you want to copy by clicking on it, then choose "Copy" from the Edit menu bar How To Search Data 1. Choose "Search" from the Edit menu bar The Search Log dialog is displayed. 2. Enter a character string to search for and click "Search" 2-37

View Logs
The following information is included in a log.
Code
The log codes are displayed. See “Log Message List” (
P.5-6) for the log codes.
One of following three icons is displayed with each log code, depending on the log level. Logs
without a log code are displayed without an icon.
Information level
Error level
Warning level
Date & Time
The date and time when the log was generated is displayed.
Message
The log messages are displayed.
Save Logs to File/Open Saved File
You can save a displayed log to a file as well as view saved log files.
How To Save
Select “Save” from the File menu bar
How To View
Select “Open” from the File menu bar and
select the log file you want to view
Copy and Search Logs
You can copy or search a displayed log.
How To Copy
Select the log you want to copy by
clicking on it, then choose “Copy” from
the Edit menu bar
How To Search Data

Choose “Search” from the Edit menu bar
The Search Log dialog is displayed.

Enter a character string to search for and
click “Search”
