Menu Options Lists 39  The image stabilizer may not be effective when recording in dark places using the [ NIGHT] recording program ( ).  The image stabilizer cannot be turned off when the mode switch is set to .  We recommend setting the image stabilizer to [ OFF] when using a tripod. FOCUS PRI. [ ON], [ OFF] The camcorder records the still image only after the focus has been adjusted.  Set it to [ OFF] if you wish to record a still image as soon as you press PHOTO . When set to [ OFF], no focusing frame appears.  Focus priority cannot be turned off when the mode switch is set to .  In the [ FIREWORKS] recording program ( ) the setting is automatically set to [ OFF]. The wind screen cannot be turned off when the mode switch is set to .  Some low-frequency sounds will be suppressed along with the sound of wind. When recording in surroundings unaffected by wind or if you want to record low-frequency sounds, we recommend setting the wind screen to [ OFF ]. SELF TIMER ( 57) [ ON ], [ OFF] Disc Operations (Photomovie, Finalize, etc.) DISC OPERATIONS DISC INFO [ OFF], [ 2sec], [ 4sec], [ 6sec], [ 8sec], [ 10sec] Selects the time to display a still image after it has been recorded on the memory card.  You can erase ( 67) or protect ( 69) the image if you press FUNC. while you are reviewing the image (or immediately after recording it, if set to [ OFF]).  This menu item will not be available when (continuous shooting), (high-speed continuous shooting) or (auto exposure bracketing) is selected.
