TOO MANY STILL IMAGES DISCONNECT USB CABLE - Disconnect the USB cable and decrease the number of still images on the memory card to fewer than 1,800. If a dialog appeared on the computer screen, close it and then reconnect the USB cable. TRANSFER ORDER ERROR - You attempted to set more than 998 transfer orders. Reduce the number of still images marked with transfer orders. UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE THE DATA - You transferred data to the camcorder recorded in a different television system (PAL or SECAM). UNABLE TO RECOVER DATA - Could not recover a corrupted file. WHILE THE CAMCORDER IS CONNECTED TO A PC DO NOT DISCONNECT THE USB CABLE OR POWER SOURCE CANNOT TURN OFF POWER OR CHANGE MODES - When the camcorder is in mode and is connected to the computer with a USB cable, the camcorder cannot be operated. Disconnecting the USB cable or power source while this message appears may result in permanent loss of the recordings in the camcorder. Use the computer's Safely Remove Hardware function to end the connection and disconnect the USB cable before using the camcorder. Messages Related to the Optional DW-100 DVD Burner If an error message appears while the camcorder is connected to the optional DW-100 DVD Burner, refer to the following section and also to the instruction manual of the DVD Burner. CLOSE THE MEMORY CARD SLOT COVER - The memory card slot cover is open. Close the cover after correctly inserting the memory card ( 32). CONNECT THE COMPACT POWER ADAPTER - The camcorder is being powered by the battery pack. Connect the compact power adapter to the camcorder. DISC ACCESS FAILURE CHECK THE DISC - There was an error when reading the disc or attempting to write onto it. - This message can appear also if condensation has formed. Wait until the DVD burner dries completely before resuming use. - The disc may not be loaded correctly. Try removing the disc and reinserting it. ERROR READING THE DATA - Error while reading the recordings from the camcorder. - Check that the USB cable was not accidentally disconnected. LOADING THE DISC - Reading data from the disc. NO DISC - Insert a disc into the DVD Burner. - This message can appear also if condensation has formed. Wait until the DVD burner dries completely before resuming use. NO IMAGES - There are no still images to add to the disc. 107

DISCONNECT USB CABLE

If a dialog appeared on the computer screen, close it and then reconnect the USB cable.
