Using Optional Accessories Still Images Movies Powering the Camera with Household Power Powering the camera with AC Adapter Kit ACK‑DC80 (sold separately) eliminates the need to monitor the remaining battery level. 1 Make sure the camera is off. 2 Connect the adapter to the coupler. zzInsert the adapter plug fully into the coupler. 3 Insert the coupler. zzFollow step 2 on =18 to open the cover, and then insert the coupler as shown until it locks into place. zzLower the cover ( ), keeping the coupler cable in the coupler cable port ( ). zzSlide the cover ( ) until it clicks into place.
