Uninstalling the Software If CaptureOnTouch and the scanner driver are not operating properly, you may be able to solve the problem by uninstalling them and then using the software setup disc to reinstall them. In such a case, use the following procedure to uninstall them. IMPORTANT Before uninstalling software, log in to a user account with administrator privileges. 1 Click the [Start] button, and then [Control Panel]. 2 Click [Uninstall a program]. The [Uninstall or change a program] screen appears. 3 Click the software to be removed (Canon P-150 Driver or P-150 CaptureOnTouch) from the list of programs, and then [Uninstall]. The message screen for confirming removal of the selected application appears. The following steps describe the procedure when [P-150 CaptureOnTouch] is selected. (The procedure is the same as when [Canon P-150 Driver] is selected.) 68

Uninstalling the Software
If CaptureOnTouch and the scanner driver are not operating properly,

using the software setup disc to reinstall them. In such a case, use the

IMPORTANT
Before uninstalling software, log in to a user account with
administrator privileges.

Click the [Start] button, and then [Control Panel].
