You cannot connect S/T devices to Cisco 802 and Cisco 804 routers. 2. An additional 8 MB of Flash memory and 4 or 8 MB of DRAM can be added at the factory or later. You can order upgrade kits and have trained and qualified personnel add the memory. The Cisco product number for the 8-MB Flash memory upgrade kit is MEM800-8F and the numbers for the DRAM upgrade kits are MEM800-4D and MEM800-8D.
