Presario 1200XL Series Model XL300, XL300A, and XL300B 4. Turn the Notebook right side up. 5. Pull the display release latches and open the display assembly. 6. Lift up 1 the front end of the Palmrest Cover, 2 disconnect the flex cable from the underside of the Palmrest LED and Volume Control board. 7. Lift the cover off the unit.
