The battery charger is not plugged in. 1. Plug the battery charger into a 120V 60hz AC source. 2. The battery is not fully inserted into the battery charger. 2. Remove and then reinsert the battery into the battery charger. 3. The battery and/or charger are too hot or too cold. 3. Make sure the battery and charger are in an environment between 32° and 104° F (0° and 40° C). Allow time for the battery and/or charger to warm up or cool down. 4. The battery and/or charger are no longer functional. 4. Refer to the Warranty Supplement for replacement information. 1. Push start safety key not inserted into starter housing. 1. Insert push start push start safety key fully into starter housing. 2. Blade control disengaged. 2. Engage blade control. 3. Starting procedure incomplete or performed 3. 1.
The battery is not fully charged.
