Manually Enter SSID If the SSID Broadcast is not enabled on your wireless router or access point, it is necessary to enter the SSID or network name manually. In the right column, select Manual SSID Entry. Using the remote control, press the arrow keys to select each letter or number and press OK. Once the SSID is complete, select Enter on the onscreen keyboard. The SSID is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly the same as on your wireless access point or router. If the wireless network you are connecting to is using wireless security you will be prompted to enter the security passphrase. Using the arrow keys on the remote control, select each letter or number from the on screen keyboard and press OK. Once the passphrase is complete, select Enter from the on screen keyboard (refer to page 11). Note: Allow about a minute for the DSM-210 to connect to your wireless network. If the SSID Broadcast is not enabled on your wireless router or

Using the remote control, press the arrow keys to select each
letter or number and press
OK
. Once the SSID is complete, select
Enter
on the onscreen keyboard. The SSID is case-sensitive and
must be entered exactly the same as on your wireless access
point or router.
If the wireless network you are connecting to is using wireless
security you will be prompted to enter the security passphrase.

keyboard (refer to page 11).
Note:
