Care and Cleaning Cleaning the Control Panel The display and touch panel may be wiped with a damp clean cloth, as needed. Do not use chemicals or any abrasive materials. Be careful not to use sharp objects that may damage the surface of the touch panel or displays. Exterior Stainless Steel Surfaces 5. Select the gasket color to be used (green, red or white). 6. After placing the gasket onto the stem, carefully thread the nut back onto the stem by turning clockwise. It should thread easily. IMPORTANT: Do not force. Rinse and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. You may also use Dacor Stainless Steel Cleaner. Use it according to the directions on the package. Changing/Replacing the CleanPour Head Gasket The Clean-Pour head is designed to provide ease of use and cost effective replacement when damaged. To replace the head gasket: 1. Locate the threaded nut on the bottom of the head assembly. 2. Un-thread the gasket nut by turning it in a counter clockwise direction. If it is difficult to turn, you may use needle-nose pliers. Exterior Stainless Steel Surfaces
CAUTION
Always wipe stainless steel (silver colored) surfaces with
the grain.
Clean stainless steel surfaces with a mild solution
of detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry with a
soft, lint-free cloth. You may also use Dacor Stain-
less Steel Cleaner. Use it according to the directions
on the package.
