To verify cluster compatibility: 1 Open the file /opt/dell/dellACM/CMREPORT.TXT on the primary Cluster Services Node. 2 Review the status information for the Cluster Services Node and the individual Storage Nodes. 3 For more detailed component status information, run the following command: #/opt/dell/dellACM/dellacmscr.sh -report -host= where is the name of the cluster services node or a storage node and can be obtained from the CMREPORT.txt file. For more information on updating the Cluster Services Node and the Storage Node software, see "Updating the DX Cluster Services Node Software" on page 30 and "Updating the DX Storage Node Software" on page 30. Troubleshooting the Compatibility Manager If you experience problems with Compatibility Manager, verify that the latest version is installed. Compatibility Manager can be downloaded from support.dell.com. Run the following commands to determine the current version of: • The package name- #rpm -q -a|grep dellacm • The package details-#rpm -q -i If the problems persist, contact Dell.
