If the timer expires, then the router can assume that the Querier is not present, and so it assumes the role of Querier. The Other Querier Present Interval, or Querier Timeout Interval, is the amount of time that passes before a non-querier router assumes that there is no longer a Querier on the link. Task Adjust the querier-timeout value. Command Syntax ipv6 mld querier-timeout Default: 255 seconds Command Mode INTERFACE The Query Interval is the amount of time between General Queries sent by the Querier.
