Command Purpose power inline detection [unit unit-id] {dot3at | dot3at+legacyonly|dot3bt|dot3bt+legacy} Set the power-management mode for the switch or the specified stack unit. • dot3at-IEEE 802.3at detection scheme is used. • dot3at+legacy-only-IEEE 802.3at 4point detection scheme is used and when it fails to detect a connected PD, legacy capacitive detection is used. • dot3bt-IEEE 802.3bt detection scheme is used. N2200PX-ON switch only. • dot3bt+legacy-A modified IEEE 802.3bt detection scheme is used. N2200PX-ON switch only. interface interface Enter interface configuration mode for the specified port. The interface variable includes the interface type and number, for example gigabitethernet 1/0/3. power inline {auto | never} Set the PoE device discovery admin mode. • auto - Enables the device discovery protocol and, if found, supplies power to the device. • never - Disables the device discovery protocol and stops supplying power to the device. power inline priority {critical | Configures the port priority level for the delivery of high | low} power to an attached device. power inline four-pair forced Enable power feed on all pairs. power inline powered-device Provide a description to represent the type of device type connected to the port. power inline reset (Optional) Reset the port. You might use this command if the port is stuck in an Error state.
