12 Troubleshooting As part of an improvement effort, revisions of the software and hardware are periodically released. Therefore, some functions described in this document might not be supported by all versions of the software or hardware currently in use. The product release notes provide the most up-to-date information on product features. If a product does not function properly or does not function as described in this document, contact your Customer Support representative. Topics: • Dell E-Lab Interoperability Navigator • Error messages • Known problems • Training and Professional Services Dell E-Lab Interoperability Navigator The Dell E-Lab Interoperability Navigator is a searchable, web-based application that provides access to product interoperability support matrices. It is available on Online Support at https://www.dell.com/support. After logging in: ● Click Diagnostics & Tools. ● Under Dell Data Center Tools, click E-Lab Navigator. Error messages All event, alert, and status messages provide detailed information and recommended actions to help you troubleshoot the situation. To view message details, use any of these methods: ● Unisphere software: ○ Right-click an event, alert, or status message and select to view Event Details, Alert Details, or Status Details. ● CLI: ○ Type nas_message -info , where is the message identification number. ● Celerra Error Messages Guide: ○ Use this guide to locate information about messages that are in an earlier-release message format. ● Online Support: ○ Use the text from the error message's brief description or the message's ID to search the Knowledgebase on Online Support. After logging in to Online Support, locate the applicable Support by Product page, and search for the error message.
