Black screen : • Ensure the graphics card support DP1.2 (older DP version is not supported by UP2715K). 3. Cannot achieve or image unstable at 5k3k resolution: • Ensure your graphics card is capable to support 4k2k. • Use only the in-box DP cables for connection to your PC.
