9. Position the drive cover over the compartment so that the small arrow on the cover aligns with the first notch in the latch. Lower the cover and then slide it until it snaps shut 10. Run Setup as described in Chapter 1 to make sure the computer recognizes your new drive. If you want to use the Instant On or Low Battery Save to HDD features, you need to run FDISK and leave sufficient space on the disk unpartitioned. The amount of space should be equal to your system memory plus 2MB. For example, if you have 4MB of RAM, you should leave 6MB unpartitioned.
