Deleting Files After Copying You can have files automatically deleted after you copy them to the viewer. 1 On the Home screen, use the 4-way ring or jog dial to select Settings and press OK. 2 Select Backup Settings and press OK. 3 Select Process After Backup and press OK. 4 Choose one of the following settings: ◗ Verify backed up data if you want the viewer to verify that the files were copied successfully. ◗ Verify & del. orig. data if you want files on memory cards to be automatically deleted, without a warning message, after successfully copying the files. ◗ Confirm if you want the viewer to ask whether to delete the files from the memory card after copying. ◗ No Action if you want to copy files without doing anything after the files are copied. 5 When you are finished, press OK. Press Back to return to the previous screen. 25
