English Opening the printer mechanism For difficult paper jams or to remove objects that have fallen in the printer, follow the steps below: 1. Turn off the printer and open the paper roll cover. Raise the mechanism by pushing the levers backward in the direction indicated by the arrows. paper release lever 2. Press the paper release lever and pull the jammed paper out in the paper feed direction or remove the object that was dropped in the printer. Always pull paper in the paper feed direction to prevent damage to the printer mechanism. Then push the mechanism back into place until you feel it click. Turn on the printer. Opening the printer mechanism
For difficult paper jams or to remove objects that have fallen in the
printer, follow the steps below:
1.
Turn off the printer and open the paper roll cover. Raise the
mechanism by pushing the levers backward in the direction
indicated by the arrows.
2.
Press the paper release lever and pull the jammed paper out in
the paper feed direction or remove the object that was dropped
in the printer. Always pull paper in the paper feed direction to
prevent damage to the printer mechanism. Then push the
mechanism back into place until you feel it click.
Turn on the printer. If you cannot solve the problem, contact
your dealer or a qualified service person.
