Solution Try the following: • Make sure MS Network is enabled. • Make sure the address in the contacts list on the printer and the address of the shared folder are the same. • Access rights for the user in the contacts list should be added to the Sharing and Security tabs of the shared folder's properties. Access permissions should also be enabled for the user. • Print a network connection report to check if the printer is connected to the network. Check if there is a file with the same name as the file you want to save in the shared folder. Delete the saved file or select a different file name. Try the following: • Increase the storage space in the specified folder. • Reduce the number of documents. • Lower the scanning resolution or increase the compression ratio to reduce the size of the scanned image.
