In Windows, a window may appear on your computer screen when you try to print when ink is low. This window can optionally display ink offers and other updates from Epson. Note: To disable checking for ink offers or updates from Epson, see the instructions in your online User's Guide. Purchasing EPSON Ink Cartridges You can purchase genuine EPSON ink and paper from EPSON Supplies Central at www.epson.com/ink3 (U.S. sales) or www.epson.ca (Canadian sales). The use of other products may affect your print quality and could result in printer damage. Yields vary considerably based on images printed, print settings, paper type, frequency of use, and temperature. Actual yields will be lower with higher-density images, hot or dusty conditions, less frequent printing or printing predominantly with one color. All ink colors are used for printing and all-in-one printer maintenance, and all colors have to be installed for printing. For print quality, part of the ink from the included cartridges is used for printer startup and a variable amount of ink remains in the cartridges after the "replace cartridge" signal. For best printing results, use up a cartridge within six months of opening the package, and before the expiration date on the cartridge box. Store ink cartridges in a cool, dark place.
